Join us for a two-day cultural gathering in partnership with TEWFA, Oneida Nation, and California Open Lands. This Indigenous foodways event will focus on food sovereignty, featuring workshops and opportunities for intertribal exchange.

The cultural gathering featured hands-on learning experiences such as basket weaving, acorn cooking, seed saving, foraging, and language sessions led by Indigenous knowledge keepers, all emphasizing the principles of food sovereignty and celebrating Indigenous foodways.

Co-hosted with TEWFA, Oneida Nation, and California Open Lands, this cultural gathering strengthened intertribal bonds and shared food sovereignty practices, focusing on the importance of Indigenous foodways.
